Built in 1931, the Lakeville High School was purchased in 1989 by Robert and Joyce Newton, owners of Hoosier Racing Tire, a major supplier of racing tires throughout the U.S. and overseas.
Fulfilling a dream, Bob and Joyce led a crew in the renovation of this beautiful complex into a multi-use community center for the benefit of all to use and enjoy.
The facility is listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of Interiors.
